Kiyohide Ikeda, CEO
Kiyohide Ikeda has over 25 years of experience working in both multinational and startup companies in the semiconductor and mobile telecommunications industries. He has experience working in senior management positions in Nokia, Motorola, LSI Logic and Cadence as well as working as Japan Country Manager in TTPCom Ltd. and Trolltech. Through this experience he has established a broad network in the ICT industry and has gained an in-depth understanding of how to sell wireless, semiconductor and embedded software related technologies into Japanese multinational companies.

Mr. Ikeda’s achievements include:
・Licensed TTPCom’s 3GSM baseband IC intellectual property to the largest Japanese semiconductor manufacturer.
・Licensed TTPCom’s GSM protocol stack software to the largest Japanese handset manufacturer.
・Achieved a total of US$30M sales in 2004 (30% of TTPCom’s worldwide sales)
・Promoted to the most senior management position in Motorola Japan’s Mobile Devices business unit where he was responsible for sales of mobile handsets and negotiating future technology collaboration with NTT DoCoMo, the largest Japanese mobile phone network operator; under his leadership Motorola Japan sold more mobile handsets to NTT DoCoMo than any other foreign maker.

Jonathan Jones, Business Development Manager
Jonathan Jones has over 10 years experience working in account management and engineering roles with Japanese customers in both multinational and start-up companies including Motorola Inc, TTPCom Ltd and Nujira Ltd. Jonathan has a track record of selling and ensuring deliver of wireless communications technology to Japanese semiconductor and telecommunications equipment manufacturers. His background in engineering and ability to communicate in Japanese enable him to build close relationships and communicate in depth with both engineering and commercial teams in Japan.

Jonathan’s track record includes:
・Negotiated and closed a sale of TTPCom’s 3G CMOS Radio Transceiver Integrated Circuit technology to a major Japanese semiconductor manufacturer, worth £2.8M.
・Managed the delivery of TTPCom’s GSM baseband IC technology to a major Japanese semiconductor manufacturer, ensuring payment of milestones worth £3.5M.
・Negotiated a license deal for Motorola’s GSM cellular technology to a Japanese mobile phone platform company, worth $8M.

Jonathan is currently based in the UK and is responsible for developing business and supporting communication with customers in the EMEA region.
